Fee For Service Rates:  $150 for 45/50 minute session and $275 for 90-minute session.

NO INSURANCE – NO PROBLEM. I accept all self-pay clients.

Insurance information:

If your insurance is not listed below, and I am considered out of network: 

If I am considered an out of network provider I will provide you with all the paperwork for you to file out of network. Generally, if you have out of network benefits, they will reimburse you at least 50% or more, and they pay you directly. Please call your insurance provider for more information to submit claims. No worries, as I’ll provide you with all the paperwork that you’ll need for easy submission of claims. I accept Health Savings or Flexible Spending Accounts. (All credit cards are charged a minimal surcharge.)

You will need to contact your insurance provider to find out your specific coverage for Mental Health benefits. Your coverage must be approved PRIOR to your initial appointment.

**If you are using EAP Benefits from your company, please contact your Human Resources Department on how to obtain Prior Authorization. Once you have Authorization, please TEXT (or email) EAP information, as well as the ABOVE, requested information to 404-849-5505.

Payment for services is required at appointment time. Credit Card payment is available (a minimal surcharge does apply). Cash or Check will be accepted. All returned checks will be charged a $35 fee and will accept only cash payment for future appointments.

There is a 24-hour STRICT cancellation policy/no show fee of $95, which insurance will not reimburse, so please be aware of this policy. (I must adhere to the strict cancellation policy as I have many clients on WAITLIST).

***Collaborative Divorce Coach/Child Specialist, Parent Coordination, Mediation, FMLA/ Disability Evaluations, and Infertility Evaluations are ALL services that are not covered by insurance.
